Vincent Chee Hor Wooi completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the National University of Singapore. He graduated with Honours in 1986 and was subsequently called to the Singapore Bar and Malaysian Bar in the same year. Upon being called to the Malaysian Bar, Vincent Chee Hor Wooi and J.M. Chong proceeded to set up their own practice in the name of Messrs J.M. Chong, Vincent Chee & Co as founding partners in December 1986. He has been in active practice as an Advocate & Solicitor since then and is currently managing partner of Messrs J.M. Chong, Vincent Chee & Co’s Kuala Lumpur branch.

Vincent Chee Hor Wooi was formerly on the board of a public-listed company as an independent non-executive director.
